Return policy
Did something go wrong with your order or does the product not meet your expectations? Then you can request a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Take the following steps:
- Send an e-mail with the details of your return shipment to [email protected].
- Pack your return shipment well and send it to the return address below.
- Stroopwafels.com will email you when the return is received. The email will also state the condition in which we have received the return.
- Stroopwafels.com reimburses the payment method paid, within thirty calendar days after receipt of the returned product.

Return conditions
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products sold via the Daelmans Stroopwafels webshop, such as Stroopwafels and other products with a limited best-before date. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to personalised products and to all agreements and products as referred to in Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code. In this case, the purchase is final after payment.
- Return shipments must be properly packaged.
- Return shipments are only accepted if the product is in the original packaging and undamaged. You may only handle and inspect the product as you would in a store.
- Stroopwafels.com does not reimburse costs for return shipping or other additional costs such as customs fees, unless discussed otherwise and you receive a return label from us.
- Products that are returned without postage will not be accepted and will not affect the aforementioned period of the fourteen calendar days return policy.
Order return due to incorrect address
It is possible that Stroopwafels.com receives an order back from the carrier because of an incorrect address provided by you or because of not (timely) collecting your order at the service point. Stroopwafels.com will then be forced to charge you for the return costs. We will inform you of this upon receipt of such a return.
