Shipping & handling

Orders shipped within the US

We ship all Stroopwafels as fresh as possible and send our orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We ship our orders with UPS Ground & USPS from our warehouse in New Jersey. Note: We only ship to mainland US.

Shipping within the United States is free on all orders over $100. This does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska.


When will your order be delivered?

We ship all orders with UPS or USPS. As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace details of your package. This allows you to follow your package. When in need of a proof of delivery for your package, please request this on the UPS website. You can easily request this by using your tracking number.


Deliveries around the holidays

We’re really good at baking fresh stroopwafels. Shipping is handled by our logistics partner. During busy periods like Black Friday and the holiday season, your parcel may take a little longer to arrive than you’re used to. So keep an eye on your track & trace to know exactly when it’s time to enjoy!
