Shipping information
Once payment has been received, your custom Stroopwafel tin will be produced. For personalised tins, we offer a dispatch time of 1 working day for orders of up to and including 50 units. When will I receive my tins?
The delivery time for personalized stroopwafel tins depends on the quantity you order:
- Up to 50 pieces: ordered on working days before 16:00 = shipped within 1 working day
- 51 – 250 pieces: shipped within approximately 3 working days
- 251 – 1000 pieces: shipped within approximately 5 working days
- 1001 – 2500 pieces: shipped within approximately 7 working days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email. With this code you can track the status of your shipment.
Do you deliver personalised tins without Stroopwafels?
Unfortunately not! As an online Stroopwafel shop, we always deliver our personalised tins filled with a clipbag containing 8 original Stroopwafels.
Is it possible to personalise the mini individual packaging?
It is not possible to personalise the packaging of a mini Stroopwafel. However, we do offer the option to personalise your own Stroopwafel tin.
Can I adjust my design after placing my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, your design can no longer be modified and production will start immediately.
What printing methods are used?
All Stroopwafel tins are produced using high-quality printing techniques. The exact printing method depends on the type of tin you choose.
