  • 1.76 oz granulated sugar
  • 8.82 oz plain flour
  • 0.5 oz baking powder
  • 1.76 oz unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 5.29 fl oz milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 Daelmans Stroopwafels

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 356°F
  2. Melt the butter and chop the Stroopwafels into small pieces.
  3. Sieve the flour into a large bowl.
  4. Add the granulated sugar, baking powder and cinnamon to the flour and mix together.
  5. Add the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, pinch of salt and eggs and mix into a smooth batter. Finally, add the pieces of Stroopwafel.
  6. Grease the muffin tin and divide the batter between them. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
