Iced coffee with Stroopwafel

Enjoy your Stroopwafel with a delicious iced coffee. As far as we are concerned Stroopwafels and coffee are still one of the best combinations. Enjoy your coffee with a Stroopwafel, even in summer, when you may not always feel like a hot drink. Serve your iced coffee with whipped cream on top then place a mini Stroopwafel into the cream and finish it off with a sprinkling of cinnamon powder and caramel sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of espresso
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 mini Stroopwafel
  • 1.5 tbsp caramel sauce
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of espresso and leave to cool.
  2. Spread 1 tbsp caramel sauce on the inside of the glass.
  3. Pour the coffee into the glass and add the ice cubes.
  4. Pipe the whipped cream on top, sprinkle with cinnamon, place a mini Stroopwafel into the cream and finish with the caramel sauce.
