Blueberry French Toast with Daelmans Stroopwafels


  • 1 pack of Daelmans (mini) Stroopwafels
  • 4 slices of (old) bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.9 oz Butter
  • 3.5 oz Blueberries
  • 3.5 oz Mascarpone
  • Whisk / Mixer
  • Baking dish
  • Skillet / Baking dish
  • Portions: 4


  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon powder.
  2. Place the slices of bread in a baking dish, pour the mixture over them, and flip them a few times to ensure even coating.
  3. Heat the butter in a skillet and cook the slices of bread for about 2 minutes per side.
  4. Top the French toast with crushed stroopwafels, blueberries, and mascarpone.
