Stroopwafel clusters

Stroopwafel clusters, the perfect snack when you don’t have that much time, but still want to serve something tasty. With only two ingredients you can conjure up fresh Stroopwafel cluster rocks on the table in no time. The freshly melted chocolate is an excellent taste combination with the pieces of Stroopwafel, which make the cluster rocks extra crispy! Delicious with coffee and tea or as a treat.


  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 2 Daelmans Stroopwafels
  • Tip: Also delicious with white or milk chocolate!

  1. Cut the chocolate into small cubes in a heatproof bowl. Use the saucepan and the heat resistance bowl to melt the chocolate using au bain-marie.
  2. Cut the Stroopwafel in small pieces.
  3. Mix the Stroopwafel pieces with the melted chocolate.
  4. Take spoonfuls of the Stroopwafel-chocolate mixture and place it in little piles on a baking sheet to harden the chocolate.
