Shipping & handling
Orders shipped within Europe
We ship all of our Stroopwafels as fresh as possible and send orders on business days. All orders that are placed before noon (CET) will be shipped on the same day (with the exception of customised tins). The average shipping time is 3 – 8 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping within the Netherlands is free with orders over €75. View the shipping costs of your order for other destinations within Europe in your shopping basket.
When will your order be delivered?
We ship all orders with DHL or UPS. As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace details of your package. This allows you to follow your package by the end of the day.
Large business orders
The lead time for large business orders may be longer than regular, depending on the available stock. For personalised tins, a delivery time of 5 – 10 business days applies. Note: We will contact you if the order cannot be sent as a package but is delivered on a pallet.
Orders shipped outside Europe
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
