Stroopwafel spread

We all have our favourite sorts of spreads to put on our sandwich, both savoury and sweet. The only thing missing at our breakfast and lunch table was Stroopwafel spread, at yours too? Not anymore, because with this recipe you can make your own Stroopwafel spread in no time. Store it easily in a closable glass jar. Can be kept in the fridge for about a week.
Instructions
- Finely chop the Stroopwafels in a food mill.
- Heat the milk and add the Stroopwafel crumbs, cinnamon and coconut oil.
- Stir until it is an even mass.
- Leave to cool and store in a sealed jar.
