With only two ingredients you can conjure up fresh Stroopwafel clusters on the table in no time. The freshly melted chocolate is an excellent taste combination with the pieces of Stroopwafel, which make the clusters extra crispy! Delicious with coffee and tea or as a treat.
- Cut the chocolate into small cubes in a heatproof bowl. Use the saucepan and the heat resistance bowl to melt the chocolate using au bain-marie.
- Cut the Stroopwafel in small pieces.
- Mix the Stroopwafel pieces with the melted chocolate.
- Take spoonfuls of the Stroopwafel-chocolate mixture and place it in little piles on a baking sheet to harden the chocolate.
