Iced coffee with Stroopwafel
Enjoy your Stroopwafel with a delicious iced coffee. As far as we are concerned Stroopwafels and coffee are still one of the best combinations. Enjoy your coffee with a Stroopwafel, even in summer, when you may not always feel like a hot drink. Serve your iced coffee with whipped cream on top then place a mini Stroopwafel into the cream and finish it off with a sprinkling of cinnamon powder and caramel sauce.
Instructions
- Brew a cup of espresso and leave to cool.
- Spread 1 tbsp caramel sauce on the inside of the glass.
- Pour the coffee into the glass and add the ice cubes.
- Pipe the whipped cream on top, sprinkle with cinnamon, place a mini Stroopwafel into the cream and finish with the caramel sauce.
