Blueberry French Toast with Daelmans Stroopwaffles

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Daelmans (mini) Stroopwafels
  • 4 slices of (old) bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 oz Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 oz butter
  • 3.5 oz blueberries
  • 3.5 oz Mascarpone

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk and cinnamon powder.
  2. Place the slices of bread in an oven dish, pour the mixture over and turn a few times.
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the slices of bread for about 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Garnish with stroopwafels, blueberries and mascarpone.
